Virtual/Online Participation

International Conference on Advances in Technology, Education and Science (ICATES) offers participants the convenience of virtual presentations, facilitated through the Zoom platform. Notably, virtual presenters will experience an equal footing with their in-person counterparts, ensuring a seamless and equitable conference experience for all attendees.

All necessary conference materials, including the Conference Program Book, Conference Abstract Book, Certificate of Participation, and Proceedings Book, will be provided digitally to participants. This digital distribution aligns with ICATES's commitment to modern accessibility, allowing attendees to easily access and engage with the conference's resources.

Participants have the option to pre-record their presentations in the form of videos. This innovative feature accommodates diverse presentation styles while maintaining live interaction during the designated Q&A sessions. It is important to highlight that presenters who opt for this method are required to join the session synchronously during their scheduled presentation time. This requirement ensures active engagement and real-time interaction with the audience.

To uphold the conference's dynamic atmosphere, presentations should be planned within a time frame of 15-20 minutes. This guideline encourages concise and impactful delivery of ideas, fostering engaging discussions and interactions among participants.

After undergoing a rigorous peer-review process, full papers will find their place in the conference proceedings book, annual book, or respected sponsor journals. This publication opportunity underscores ICATES's dedication to scholarly advancement and dissemination of valuable research outcomes.

In summation, ICATES's virtual presentation option through Zoom ensures parity between virtual and in-person participants. This pioneering approach, accompanied by comprehensive digital resources and innovative presentation methods, guarantees an enriching conference experience for all attendees, reinforcing ICATES's reputation as a hub for the exchange of knowledge in the realms of technology and education.
