The International Conference on Academic Studies in Science and Education (ICASSE) is committed to upholding high editorial standards to ensure the quality and integrity of the conference proceedings. The following editorial policies outline the guidelines and principles that govern the submission, review, and publication processes:
Peer Review Process: All submissions to ICASSE undergo a rigorous peer review process. This process ensures that submitted papers are evaluated objectively and impartially by experts in the relevant field. Reviewers assess the academic quality, originality, methodology, and significance of the submissions. The review process is confidential, and the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept anonymous.
Originality and Plagiarism: ICASSE only accepts original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to other conferences or journals. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their submissions and for appropriately citing and acknowledging the works of others. Determination of the similarity rates of the studies is the responsibility of the authors. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in the rejection of the submission.
Ethical Guidelines: ICASSE adheres to ethical guidelines for research and publication. Authors must conduct their research and present their findings with honesty, integrity, and transparency. Any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed. Research involving human subjects should comply with ethical standards and obtain necessary approvals.
Copyright: ICASSE owns the copyright of the submitted papers. By submitting their work to ICASSE, authors grant the conference the right to publish and distribute the accepted papers in the conference proceedings.
Publication Format: Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which may be in printed or electronic format. The formatting guidelines, including citation styles, will be provided to the authors upon acceptance of their submissions. Presenters are expected to adhere to the provided guidelines when preparing their presentations.
Presentation and Attendance: At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present their work. The conference program will be scheduled in advance, and presenters are expected to adhere to the allocated time for their presentations. Failure to attend and present without valid reasons may affect future participation.
Revision and Corrections: If required, authors may be requested to make revisions or corrections to their submissions based on feedback from reviewers or the program committee. The revised version should be submitted within the specified deadline.
ICASSE is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and excellence in the publication of research papers. By adhering to these editorial policies, we aim to foster a collaborative and scholarly environment that promotes the advancement of technology and education.
